IPcelerate brings the familiar look-and-feel of the cellular 'smart' devices directly to the desktop telephone, and integrates this device into everyday business processes, making the telephone once again a critical element to the desktop business experience.

IPcelerate is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking area sales managers for the following areas:

  • Southwest territory based in the Los Angeles metro area
  • Southeast territory based in either Atlanta or RTP

In this position, you will be responsible for the sales success of IPcelerate’s award winning IPsession unified communications software.

The IPsession product is sold via the Cisco global price list and available to all UCM certified Cisco partners. Thus the ideal candidate will have either existing relationships with Cisco sales teams in the enterprise, commercial and SLED segments, or a successful track record of software sales.

IPcelerate’s IPsession product provides business transformation solutions for both desk top and smart mobile end-point devices across all vertical markets. A strong understanding of the Cisco UCM platform, Cisco’s collaboration products or business process software is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining a 30-60-90 day rolling business plan
  • Accurately monthly forecasting and achievement of monthly sales goals
  • Quickly identify the necessary activities to drive pipeline with Cisco teams within the territory on a consistent basis
  • Articulate and evangelize the joint Cisco-IPcelerate collaboration value proposition throughout the territory
  • Participate in multiple customer presentations weekly with Cisco teams

Candidate requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience selling Cisco collaboration solutions or business process software
  • Track record of achieving multi-million dollar quotas
  • Strong business and return on investment solution selling skills
  • The ability to articulate how the IPcelerate solution impacts a company’s key business initiatives at the CXO level
