Why do I need this program when I only need paging?
If you are like most of our clients, the discussion that brought you to IPcelerate likely began with a paging or broadcast or DialOut requirement. So the first thing we want to do is to – very quickly – give you an idea of everything that is built into what you have bought from IPcelerate. You may be starting with a couple of features, but understand there are 30+ applications built into this software suite.

IPcelerate plans one to two major releases each year.
Back to topWhat happens if I want to become an Impact member and I do not have maintenance?
You must pay an annual maintenance fee for your existing software; then pay a onetime fee.
Back to topWhat happens to my Impact membership if I let my maintenance lapse?
If you let your maintenance lapse your Impact membership will also lapse requiring you to renew IPcelerate software maintenance and pay the one time Impact fee to regain your Impact membership.

If you decline to enroll now, then the next available time to enroll will be after you pay for the next major release.

Yes, there is a fee-based structure in place to provide both installation and configuration support.

Yes, this program puts you at the head of the list for those customers who wish to help us develop and test new products.
Will I be inundated with emails, surveys and reference calls?
No, your participation level will be totally up to you. Every aspect of this program is completely voluntary. All you have to do is tell us what you are interested in and what you would like to be excluded from.

No, our intent is to provide information and interaction at every level. We are looking for comments and ideas from your users, administrators, technical staff and executives.

Each company who joins the Impact Program will only pay a onetime fee no matter how many locations they have. Each location must keep their maintenance current in order to keep their Impact membership current.
