Strategic Partner Program
IPcelerate’s Strategic Partner Program is the program of choice for partners who wish to offer their customers true communication-based solutions that go beyond basic ‘point solutions’ offered by other vendors. IPcelerate Strategic Partners are able to offer the complete line of IPcelerate products which work synergistically with IPsession to help solve business challenges, while providing exceptional ROI to the customer.
In addition to the products on Cisco's GPL, Strategic Partners may offer the following products to their customers: IPstudio (a call recording platform), IPmonitor (a silent monitoring and call-barge platform), IPfusion (an integrated development engine for integrating IPsession into 3rd party databases) and IPcelerate’s Android applications for the Cius tablet. Partners receive a generous discount on these products, plus a discount on other IPcelerate products and services.
As part of the program, partners receive the latest IPsession, IPstudio, IPfusion and Cius software for their demo centers, along with associated device licenses so they can demonstrate the applications on Cisco IP Phones and Cisco Cius tablets. If desired, the software may reside in a VM-ware environment.
Technical training for the advanced products is only available to program members and is offered through IPcelerate University. Each member company receives several technical training classes at no charge. Classes (sales and technical) are on-demand and web-based, which ensures your staff is always up to speed on the latest products.
In addition to having a broader scope of products to represent, IPcelerate also offers our strategic partners the ability to access their account via our customer center, where they can view their sales status (individual customer sales, roll-ups, etc.), trouble ticket status, billing information and more.

No, all Cisco resellers can sell IPsession and the associated device licenses from the Cisco Global Price list. There are 3 SKUs: one for IPsession, one for a bundle of IPsession licenses, and one for a bundle of WebServices licenses.

Several of these products entail a greater degree of complexity which requires a bit more training. By becoming a strategic partner, you will receive several seats in our training classes and be expected to pass a certification exam.

No. IPsession can be easily installed using the wizard that ships with the product. The system administration guide (included with IPsession) also provides installation instructions, as well as web help links and embedded video tutorials.
