IPsession

IPsession allows you to maximize your investment in IP telephony. With more than 30 embedded capabilities, IPsession provides the most compelling out-of-the-box solution for business VoIP users. IPsession includes the following capabilities:

• Broadcast Paging - Provides the ability to send audio/text/image messages to IP phones, overhead speakers (digital/analog), desktop PCs and digital signage.
• Call Enhancements - Provides the ability to whisper-intercom or text-intercom your colleague. Set your line on do-not-disturb so you can finalize that important project. Send digital quick notes for a call-back when you call someone that is already on the phone.
• Conferencing - Provides the ability to create your own conference groups that you can start a conference call with a touch of a button. If you have a re-occurring call, have IPsession set the conference call up automatically.
• DialOut - Provides the ability to have a call-out campaign to mobile, home or any phone device.
• Emergency Response - Provides the ability to know when and where 911 was dialed from within your network. Provides the ability to know when and which RFID sensor was triggered - this could be a door opening, a window opening, a floor with standing water, smoke in a room, temperature rise or fall and even motion in an area. You will be able to use 'Mass Messaging' to notify internal/external phones, digital signage, mobile and home phones, email and establish a conference call - with a couple of button pushes.
• Personal Presence - Provides the ability to set your status message and view other persons' status messages. You are also able to see if a 'buddy/friend' is on the phone or not.
• Corporate & Personal Tools - Provides the ability to personalize your desktop phone experience and leverage corporate resources. Build your own albums and use your IP phone as a digital picture frame. Use CalScheduler to provide a robust and flexible bell system for your school district. Manage your resources using Facilities Scheduler and Time Card.

IPstudio

IPstudio provides a call recording capability that comes integrated with the powerful base platform of IPsession. Record all the time or just in time - you choose. Preset IPstudio to record critical conference calls, or capture sensitive calls on the fly with our total recall recording capability.

IPmonitor

IPmonitor provides call monitoring in an IP telephony environment. Use IPmonitor to monitor and barge into calls, ensure high customer service levels, and verify conversation details. Tight integration with IPsession, whisper-intercom, and a convenient user interface makes IPmonitor a powerful tool for any organization.

IPfusion seamlessly integrates with IPcelerate's Network IP Application (NIPA) framework that resides in IPsession and IPstudio. Personal Directory

Personal Directory brings the smartphone directory to the Cisco IP Phone, allowing users to add up to 500 important contacts to their desktop phone, without the need for custom programming or the assistance of an IT department. Personal Directory can be used to initiate a phone call with the touch of a button just like a smartphone. With easy-to-use touch‐screen menus, making a phone call is fast and easy. Create a Favorites List. Search by first name, last name or phone number. Add contacts. Delete contacts. Sort alphabetically. Just a touch does it all.
