Add-on Modules

IPcelerate Add-on Modules expand the capabilities of your unified communications environment by leveraging your investment in IPsession. Add-on modules provide the ability to record and monitor phone calls, extend IPsession capabilities to mobile devices, integrate to your existing databases, build a personal directory for your IP Phone and extend messaging components within MIDlet-enabled IP Phones.

The following describes the IPcelerate Add-on Modules:

• IPstudio: Provides a solution for recording and storing important phone calls in a unified communications environment. Low or high volume, automatic or on-demand, in the office or on the road, IPstudio™ manages the process with ease and simplicity.
• IPmonitor: Provides a call monitoring and barge solution in a unified communications environment.
• Webur: Provides IPsession functionality and more to your employees mobile devices, such as iPhone, iTouch, iPad and Cisco Cius.
• IPfusion: Provides an integration with your existing databases to be used with IPsession features. For example, you can use your student database to send a DialOut to the correct grade level of parent phone numbers.
• Personal Directory: Provides a way for your employees to build their own contact list on an IP Phone, very similar to when they create their own contact list on their mobile devices.
• IPconcierge: Provides a personalized user experience for the desktop IP phone. Fully touch screen QWERTY keyboard. Touch-screen writing. Personal contact and messaging groups. All controlled at the desktop phone--no assistance from the IT or administrative staff required.
