• A manager can create a message group for his sales team, and then send out text and voice messages using the QWERTY keyboard on his desktop IP phone.
• A project manager can initiate a conference call from her IP phone to team members across multiple departments, record that call¹ and then forward the recording to the team member who missed the call.
• A receptionist can take a message with a stylus directly on the touch screen of her IP phone, and then send that message from her phone to the intended person via a text or email message.
