Personal Directory brings the smartphone directory to the Cisco IP Phone, allowing users to add up to 500 important contacts to their desktop phone, without the need for custom programming or the assistance of an IT department.

Personal Directory can be used to initiate a phone call with the touch of a button just like smartphones. With easy‐to‐use touch‐screen menus, making a phone call is fast and easy. Create a Favorites List. Search by first name, last name or phone number. Add contacts. Delete contacts. Sort alphabetically. Just a touch does it all.

With a QWERTY keyboard and web interface, entering personal contacts is a snap. Enter each contact right on the IP phone dashboard, or use the friendly web interface to upload an excel file of up to 500 personal contacts. Either way, no technical experience is necessary.
