Employees can leverage the call enhancement features to keep focused on tasks, quickly communicate with co-workers with minimal distractions and protect their company when contacting potential clients and customers.

The following are call enhancement features of IPsession for your unified communication solution:

  • Intercom - whisper intercom and text intercom capabilities provide a way for employees to communicate while limiting distractions to their co-workers.
  • Do-Not-Disturb - provides the ability for your employees to set their line in a do-not-disturb state and focus on their most urgent job tasks.
  • Call Blocking - companies can load the national 'Do Not Call' list to prevent calling of customers/users on that list. Employees can override this function and this action will be logged and documented.
  • Call Tagging - provides a quick and easy method to leave a call back note on a co-workers IP Phone - saving checking voice mail time.
