IPsession provides tools that allow your employees to personalize their desktop IP Phone and have awareness of corporate resources. Reserve and know the availability of corporate resources, such as conference rooms, projectors, cameras, pcs, etc. Hourly employees can now clock-in/out from any registered IP Phone. Schools and school districts are able to manage bell schedules for one or many schools.
Organizations are using IPsession corporate and personal tools in the following ways:
- Picture Album - employees can create albums and use their IP Phone as a digital picture frame. Employees using Webur can create, edit and share albums with other users.
- CalScheduler (School Bells) - schools and school districts are able to create, manage and adjust multiple bell schedules.
- Facilities Scheduler - employees can reserve and check reservations of company resources, such as conference rooms, projectors, cameras, or PCs from IP Phones.
- Timecard - every registered IP Phone becomes a clock-in/out station for your hourly employees. All information is captured and logged for easy exporting to a spreadsheet.
- Address Book - Create a contact list that will display the contact's information when they call an IP phone registered to IPsession. Contacts can either be personal or shared with all other IPsession users.
- Picture ID - All IPsession users can upload an image as part of their user profile. When they call another IPsession user's IP phone, the image will appear along with other profile information.
