Personal Presence

IPsession provides personal presence information within your unified communications network and can extend to mobile devices. Quickly check the status of your buddies or friends via IP phone, web interface or IPsession Mobile. Status messages can be generic or custom, as well as you will be able to get line status of co-workers.

The following are components of the IPsession personal presence functionality:

• My Personal Status - your employees can use a pre-configured status message, add a new status message or edit an existing status message. When their co-workers call them via an IP Phone, the status message they have set will display on the IP Phone's screen.
• My Buddy Status - your employees can create a short list of 'buddies' they would like to easily check from their IP Phone. Not only will they be able to see the status message set, they will also be able to see if their buddy is on the phone or not.
• Mobile Friends - extend your presence awareness to mobile devices with Mobile Friends on a Cisco Cius, iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
