IPcelerate solutions provide ways to leverage your Unified Communications environment to broadcast messages (audio or text) to IP Phones, mobile phones, home phones, email, digital signage, overhead speakers (analog and IP), tablets and desktop pcs. You can also receive alert messages when a certain phone number (ex. 911) is dialed from an IP Phone and when an RFID sensor is triggered. Using the Mass Messaging feature, you will be able to broadcast messages to multiple devices and immediately establish a conference call. You will also be able to manage bells schedules for one or many schools.

Manage Conversations

IPcelerate solutions provide a way to record and monitor calls. Recorded calls are archived to provide an efficient way to find and share. You have the ability to record all calls, calls from select IP Phones, calls to a certain number (ex. 911) and on-demand. You can also build recording groups that can be managed by a group supervisor. You have the ability to monitor and barge into calls from a web interface or their Cisco IP Phone.

Be More Productive

IPcelerate solutions provide a way for your employees to be more productive. Decrease distractions, check status messages and see if a co-worker is on the phone or not. Send quick digital notes or a whisper intercom to someone on the phone. Your employees can build their own conference groups and initiate a conference call with a touch of a button. Your employees can create their own messaging groups to broadcast messages. Your employees will also be able to create their own personal directory on their IP phone without IT involvement.

Secure Your Environment

IPcelerate solutions provide ways to secure your environment. Provide door access and control from an IP Phone. Use RFID sensors to send alert notifications based on movement or door openings. RFID sensors can be integrated with IP cameras so that when a sensor is triggered the images from the camera can be viewed from the IP phone.

Personalize Your Experience

IPcelerate solutions provide a way for your employees to personalize their IP communications devices. Your employees can select a ‘dashboard’ (groups of icons to access features or services) that is relevant to their job function. Your employees can create albums and use their IP phone as a digital picture frame. Your employees will also be able to create their own personal directory on their IP phone without IT involvement.

Communicate Socially

IPcelerate solutions provide a way to create an internal social network that extends from the IP Phone to the desktop PC, to the iPhone, to the iPod touch, to the iPad and to the Cisco Cius. Your employees will be able to create messages (text, audio, images and/or video) targeted at their own personal groups. When the message is updated, all users in that group get notified of the change. Your employees will be able to create ‘buddy lists’ of team members to check status messages and quickly view if they are on the phone or not.
