Manage Conversations

IPcelerate solutions provide a way to record and monitor calls. Recorded calls are archived to provide an efficient way to find and share. You have the ability to record all calls, calls from select IP Phones, calls to a certain number (ex. 911) and on-demand. You can also build recording groups that can be managed by a group supervisor. You have the ability to monitor and barge into calls from a web interface or their Cisco IP Phone.
