IPcelerate provides Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support depending upon what your specific needs are. Should you require Level 1 or Level 2 support from your trusted partner/reseller, IPcelerate provides the IPcelerate University for IPcelerate Strategic Partners to help that partner/reseller to certify their engineers allowing them to provide that level of service. IPcelerate can also provide Level 1 and Level 2 support directly should you require.
